Live Streamed Yoga Classes
WEEKLY ONLINE TIMETABLE
10 - 11.15AM
Open Level Vinyasa
Bring a taste of The Salt Sisterhood retreats directly to your living room with our live streamed yoga classes. These sessions are a great way to sample the feel of our retreats and enjoy the benefits of being guided through a whole body strengthening and stretching flow in the comfort of your home. So far these classes have been very popular with many of our yogis returning every week and we would love for you to join us! Our founder and teacher Lauren will be leading these classes on Sunday mornings weekly. Classes are open to all levels of yogi and are taught in English. Scroll down for bookings and to find out more...

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ZOOM
STEP ONE: Download the Zoom (Cloud Meetings) app on the device you are using to join the class (either smart phone, tablet or computer). The basic level Zoom app is free and will allow you to join classes.
STEP TWO: Joining the class using a mobile phone or tablet will take you straight into the class via the link we will send you. If you are joining via a laptop you will need to download the app and then click on the ‘open zoom.us’ when the screen launches.
STEP THREE: Class will open 10 minutes before we start to give you a bit of time to ensure you are checked in, up and running.
When you join the class, you can choose whether or not you want to be ‘seen’ by the teacher and the rest of the class participants. If you DON’T want to be seen by anyone then please be sure to choose the option to turn off your camera in Zoom. Lauren has made a playlist on Spotify which you are welcome to play during your home practice, you can find it here.
To make the most of practicing at home, find a good space where you can roll out your mat and have enough space to move around freely, we also recommend using some items around you to enhance your experience (might as well make the most of being at home!) - have a cosy blanket ready for savasana, use some books as blocks, and have a pile of cusions to support your practice if and when needed.
If you have any questions at all, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07753743800.
I look forward to practicing with you soon!
